Supermarket Swap started with Nabula El Mourid’s mission as a busy mum to make healthier choices at the supermarket for her son, quickly gaining a large following on Instagram from others wanting simple, better swaps. After consulting with health professionals and food scientists, she launched the Supermarket Swap App, featuring a searchable database of over 3,000 additive and preservative free products from Australia’s major supermarkets. In 2022, the app expanded to include cook, offering meal plan templates and over 250 recipes to simplify weekly meal planning for families.

South Island - $9.90/$13.50 Rural. Expected delivery within 2-4 business days. Please allow an additional 2 business days for rural delivery.
North Island - $9.90/$14.50 Rural. Expected delivery within 3-6 business days. Please allow an additional 2 business days for rural delivery.
North Island Express - $20.00. Expected delivery within 2-3 business days. Please allow an additional 2 business days for rural delivery.
Bulky/Heavy Items - Due to some items weight or size (furniture, espresso machines etc), some items will be charged a higher shipping rate and are excluded from our free shipping deal. Shipping for bulky items starts from $35 and is dependent on weight/size and destination.
Delivery Times - Delivery times are estimates only and we do not guarantee delivery of orders within these delivery targets due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Information - We use NZ Post, Aramex, NZ Courier, Post Haste and PBT couriers. We aim to dispatch your order by the next working day. Orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

We ship worldwide (excluding bulky items and USA). Delivery costs and timeframes are calculated at checkout. If you’d like us to ship to the USA, please contact us.
We use DHL Express Couriers or NZ Post for all orders outside New Zealand (Determined by Mooch) and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout.
