Join us for an evening at Mooch for An Intro to Sourdough with Anna from The Dough Shed.
With over seven years of baking experience and more than 200 students taught, Anna will share her proven step-by-step methods, expert tips, and practical techniques to help you bake beautiful sourdough at home. Perfect for beginners or anyone who's struggled with sourdough before.
Anna will also demonstrate the Brod & Taylor bread baking range and how these tools can support your sourdough journey. You will leave with a sourdough mix that is ready to be rested overnight, before being baked at home, along with a sourdough starter, a dough scraper and of course, a hard copy of Anna's full guide to baking sourdough

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship all over New Zealand (excluding Chatham Islands) and offer flat rate shipping fees dependent on shipping destination (up to 10kgs). Deliveries to Waiheke Island: Please contact us.
Free nationwide shipping when you spend over $130 (excludes bulky items and gift cards, and may exclude Waiheke Island addresses).
South Island - $9.90/$13.50 Rural. Expected delivery within 2-4 business days. Please allow an additional 2 business days for rural delivery.
North Island - $9.90/$14.50 Rural. Expected delivery within 3-6 business days. Please allow an additional 2 business days for rural delivery.
North Island Express - $20.00. Expected delivery within 2-3 business days. Please allow an additional 2 business days for rural delivery.
Bulky/Heavy Items - Due to some items weight or size (furniture, espresso machines etc), some items will be charged a higher shipping rate and are excluded from our free shipping deal. Shipping for bulky items starts from $35 and is dependent on weight/size and destination.
Delivery Times - Delivery times are estimates only and we do not guarantee delivery of orders within these delivery targets due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Information - We use NZ Post, Aramex, NZ Courier, Post Haste and PBT couriers. We aim to dispatch your order by the next working day. Orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide (excluding bulky items and USA). Delivery costs and timeframes are calculated at checkout. If you’d like us to ship to the USA, please contact us.
We use NZ Post for all orders outside New Zealand and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout.
Customs Charges & Delivery Information - Orders from outside New Zealand may be subject to duties and taxes, which are processed once your shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please check with your local customs office for further information. Mooch takes no responsibility for any extra customs charges or delays at your country's border.
