Please note: Lockers are available for Delivery & Store Collection only. Due to health and safety reasons, we do not hold stock of the lockers in our retail stores and any purchases will need to be delivered to one of our retail stores for collection or delivered directly to your address.

Due to health and safety reasons, we do not hold stock of the lockers in our retail stores. However, we can arrange to have your locker delivered to one of our retail stores for you to collect at your convenience. Please allow up to 7 business days for your Click & Collect order to be ready for collection. 

DELIVERY

Bulky Freight Fee - Due their size and weight, the lockers will be charged a higher shipping rate and are excluded from our free shipping deal. Shipping for lockers starts from $20 and is dependent on weight/size and destination. 

Delivery Times - We use PBT or Owens within NZ for bulky or heavy items. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

Feel free to contact us if you have any specific delivery requests. We will do our best to accommodate! We do try to ensure orders are delivered within the delivery target period as advised by the courier companies.  However, we do not guarantee delivery of orders within these delivery targets due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

If any goods arrive damaged, please email online@mooch.nz within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
