It features Zero Japan’s signature stainless steel lid and easy to clean stainless steel mesh filter. Finished with a colour glaze and subtle grey crackle detailing, the crackle series offers a delicate, refined aesthetic. This range is fragile and requires gentle care, hand wash only and not suitable for microwave use. Crackle teapots are intended for home use only and are not suitable for commercial environments.

We ship all over New Zealand (excluding Chatham Islands) and offer flat rate shipping fees dependent on shipping destination (up to 10kgs). Deliveries to Waiheke Island: Please contact us.
Free nationwide shipping when you spend over $130 (excludes bulky items and gift cards, and may exclude Waiheke Island addresses).
South Island - $9.90/$13.50 Rural. Expected delivery within 2-4 business days. Please allow an additional 2 business days for rural delivery.
North Island - $9.90/$14.50 Rural. Expected delivery within 3-6 business days. Please allow an additional 2 business days for rural delivery.
North Island Express - $20.00. Expected delivery within 2-3 business days. Please allow an additional 2 business days for rural delivery.
Bulky/Heavy Items - Due to some items weight or size (furniture, espresso machines etc), some items will be charged a higher shipping rate and are excluded from our free shipping deal. Shipping for bulky items starts from $35 and is dependent on weight/size and destination.
Delivery Times - Delivery times are estimates only and we do not guarantee delivery of orders within these delivery targets due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Information - We use NZ Post, Aramex, NZ Courier, Post Haste and PBT couriers. We aim to dispatch your order by the next working day. Orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

We ship worldwide (excluding bulky items and USA). Delivery costs and timeframes are calculated at checkout. If you’d like us to ship to the USA, please contact us.
