Emile Henry's ‘Delight’ Round Casserole/Dutch Oven allows you to create delicious recipes, simmered or sautéed, with unparalleled ease on all types of heat sources (including induction), and in the oven.

Developed using the latest technological resources, the “Delight” Casserole is very light for a ceramic dish and compatible with all types of heat sources (including induction). It heats quickly and distributes heat evenly during the cooking process. Once hot it sears and browns exceptionally well. Emile Henry's ceramic is naturally non-stick and easy to clean.

With generous curves and a black satin finish, the “Delight” Casserole enhances all recipes both family when served directly on the table.

The lightweight Casserole lends itself well to a quick sauté on the cooktop followed by a long slow cook in the oven.
Made with a highly evolved ceramic that works on all cooktops including induction as well as the oven and microwave.
Even heat distribution throughout the ceramic is ideal for enhancing the flavours while simmering.
Dimples on the underside of the lid concentrate the evaporated juices, which fall back onto the ingredients in tiny droplets, ensuring that the recipe remains moist and full of flavour.
Handmade and carefully checked in Emile Henry's workshops in Burgundy, the Braiser is guaranteed for 5 years.

South Island - $9.90/$13.50 Rural. Expected delivery within 2-4 business days. Please allow an additional 2 business days for rural delivery.

North Island - $9.90/$14.50 Rural. Expected delivery within 3-6 business days. Please allow an additional 2 business days for rural delivery.

North Island Express - $20.00. Expected delivery within 2-3 business days. Please allow an additional 2 business days for rural delivery.

Bulky/Heavy Items - Due to some items weight or size (furniture, espresso machines etc), some items will be charged a higher shipping rate and are excluded from our free shipping deal. Shipping for bulky items starts from $35 and is dependent on weight/size and destination.

Delivery Times - Delivery times are estimates only and we do not guarantee delivery of orders within these delivery targets due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Information - We use NZ Post, Aramex and PBT couriers. We aim to dispatch your order by the next working day. Orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Australia - For smaller, lighter items you will have the option of NZ Post International Air Post or DHL Express Courier. Heavier, larger items will be sent by DHL Express Courier. Please allow 10-12 working days for NZ Post and 3-5 working days for DHL.

Rest of World - We use DHL Express Couriers for all orders outside New Zealand & Australia. Delivery costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout.
