Yes! We offer free shipping within New Zealand when you spend over $99.

Some items will be charged a higher shipping rate due to their weight or size (furniture, espresso machines etc) and are excluded from our free shipping deal.

We ship all over New Zealand (excluding Chatham Islands) and offer flat rate shipping fees dependent on shipping destination (up to 10kgs).

Orders over $99 (excludes bulky items) - Free.

South Island -  $9.90/$13.50 Rural. Expected delivery within 2-4 business days. Please allow an additional 2 business days for rural delivery.

North Island - $9.90/$14.50 Rural. Expected delivery within 3-6 business days. Please allow an additional 2 business days for rural delivery.

North Island Express - $20.00. Expected delivery within 2-3 business days. Please allow an additional 2 business days for rural delivery.

Yes! We ship worldwide (excluding bulky items). International delivery costs and timeframes are calculated at checkout.

Australia - For smaller, lighter items you will have the option of NZ Post International Air Post or DHL Express Courier. Heavier, larger items will be sent by DHL Express Courier. Please allow 10-12 working days for NZ Post and 3-5 working days for DHL.

Rest of World - We use DHL Express Couriers for all orders outside New Zealand & Australia. Delivery costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout.

Customs Charges & Delivery Information - Orders from outside New Zealand may be subject to duties and taxes, which are processed once your shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please check with your local customs office for further information. Mooch takes no responsibility for any extra customs charges or delays at your country's border.

Please note: We are unable to ship some items outside of New Zealand and Australia. We will contact you as soon as possible if any items in your order are affected and provide a refund.

All furniture, espresso machines, large fragile items and orders over 10kgs are considered bulky.

These items will be charged a higher shipping rate and are excluded from our free shipping deal. Shipping for bulky items starts from $35 and is dependent on weight/size and destination. 

If the total volume or weight of your order exceeds our bulky shipping rates we will contact you with a freight quote for extra shipping costs.

All orders are sent with NZ Post, Aramex or PBT (determined by Mooch).

We aim to dispatch your order by the next working day. Orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Otago & Southland - Expected delivery within 1-3 business days.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates only and we do not guarantee delivery of orders within these delivery targets due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

If you are ordering multiple items where the stock is housed in different locations, our system will automatically charge additional rates for shipping.

As all our orders are dispatched from the same location we will happily refund any additional shipping costs incurred. If you have placed an order and been charged extra for shipping, please contact us online@mooch.nz and we will arrange a refund for the additional shipping costs.

All parcels are sent with an 'Authority to Leave' and do not require a signature. This means the courier will leave your parcel in a safe place on your property where possible if you're not home at the time of delivery.

If you would like your order to be sent 'Signature Required', please contact us on online@mooch.nz before placing your order and we will provide a shipping quote.

We offer complementary gift wrapping in-store and online. Simply add a note to your Shopping Cart before Checkout if you would like your items giftwrapped. Alternatively email us at online@mooch.nz after placing your order with your giftwrapping request.

If any goods arrive damaged, it is recommended to email online@mooch.nz within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged item and it's packaging. Please note that we will not be able to rectify this issue if you don't contact us within 4 days of the delivery.

If you have not received your order more than 2 weeks after your order was dispatched, please email us online@mooch.nz and we follow up for you with our courier company.
